Most of the time couples feel that their wedding day went by so fast that they missed some of the details they worked so hard to plan. Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event that should be captured and enjoyed with future generations. Photography is an integral part of your wedding, but it does not capture the sounds and movement of your day.
WHY SHOULDN'T I HAVE FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TAPE IT FOR FREE?
We can't stress enough what major difference there is between a home video and professionally produced video. One of the biggest regrets couples experience after their wedding is the decision not to have a professional video created. Despite good intentions, one needs to have the professional cameras, audio equipment and editing suites as well as the ability and knowledge on how to use the equipment. A professional has the stamina to be on top of the special moments and search out the best possible angles. You may not want to leave your wedding video to chance.
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER VIDEOGRAPHERS?
We have worked in the film and television industry for over 15 years. These experiences have inspired how we shoot and edit weddings. Every video we produce is customized to suit each couples tastes and personalities. We don't complete our videos in an "assembly line" fashion so they don't all look alike. We like to get your feedback and invite you for a sneak preview before the final cut. This gives you the opportunity to ensure the quality and satisfaction of the final product. I also admit that we like to see you happy and watching your reaction to our work is a thrill for us.
WHAT KINDS OF DIGITAL EFFECTS DO WE USE?
This is a "cheese free zone"!!!! You won't find animated cupids or silly hearts floating around a tacky background. Our effects are content driven, not just used because they "look cool". We want our videos to have a true cinematic feel that is timeless and artistic.
WHAT WILL OUR PRESENCE BE LIKE AT YOUR WEDDING?
We believe in being discreet, you are the center of attention not our cameras. There is nothing worse then a videographer getting in the way and ruining your photographs. We strongly believe in working as a team with your photographer to ensure that both your photographs and video are absolutely amazing.
DO YOU USE BRIGHT LIGHTS?
We use a discreet lighting set-up. The truth is excellent quality video requires the use of a light source when in dark situations. Our cameras are excellent in low light, however we have our lights ready during a reception and only use them when necessary.
HOW DO WE RECORD AUDIO FOR THE CEREMONY AND SPEECHES?
Our audio kit comes complete with different microphones for different situations. We use a wireless lapel mic for ceremonies. shotgun mics for unobtrusive yet distant recording situations and studio mics to record speeches and interviews.
CAN I CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR THE VIDEO?
It is important to use music that reflects your day and your personal tastes. We encourage you to score your video with the songs that you love.
